TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking deposit: Bookings must be accompanied with a deposit of 25% of the rental price. This can be paid by cheque or credit card via PayPal – details on request. The deposit is non-refundable.
2. Arrival/Departure: Please plan to arrive after 12 noon and leave by 12 noon on the final day. This ensures adequate time to service the villa.
3. Payment of Balance: The outstanding balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Should the balance not be received the owner reserves the right to deem the booking cancelled and re-advertise. Any booking made within 6 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full.
4. Damage: Conchitta villa will be inspected prior to any stay and ANY damage will be charged directly to the member of the party who has placed the booking.
5. Cancellation: in whatever circumstances the deposit is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled in writing by the group leader more than 4 weeks before arrival then 50% of the balance paid only will be refunded. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival will incur 100% of the total cost i.e. no refund.
6. Public Liability: This booking requires that the lead client and all the members of this or her group have taken out adequate personal travel insurance. The owner cannot be held responsible for failure to do so. The owner is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death of any persons named on the booking form or any other person that visits the property. The owner shall not be responsible for any loss or delay due to any causes beyond their control including bad weather, cold weather and any force maejure. The owner cannot be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns of pumps, boilers, swimming pool systems etc or the failure of the local utilities such as water and electricity. Although the villa is situated in a peaceful location, the owner cannot be held responsible for any noise or disturbance, which is beyond their control or originates outside the villa.
7. Cancellation by the owner: In the very unlikely event that the owner has to cancel the booking then a full refund will be made with no liability for any consequential loss.
8. The renters responsibility: The renter and his or her party will treat the accommodation with due care and leave it in the condition it was found. In the event of any damage or breakage then please contact the owner immediately. The villa should be left in a clean and tidy way, please contact us to discuss cleaning mid-stay or at the end of the rental period, which can be arranged locally.
